About Tim

Tim was prepared at Groton School and received his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College. While there, Tim was the Managing Editor and Executive Editor of the student newspaper and Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook.

After graduating from college, Tim was commissioned a 2nd Lt in the Marine Corps and served in Desert Storm in 1991.

In addition to his considerable HR experience, he is a certified facilitator with DDI Developmental Dimensions International as well as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective program.

Tim also has experience in Security and Loss Prevention.

A national member of SHRM, Tim was voted member of the year by the local Southern New Mexico SHRM chapter and as the Non-Clinical Director of the Year at Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 2012.
