SUMMARY

SEAK trained Expert Witness and seasoned executive-level human resources leader. Specialty areas include employment, recruiting, employee and labor relations, terminations, mediation, conflict resolution, employee and supervisory training and development, and resource allocation assessments. 

I have provided expertise in testimony, deposition and report writing in over half a dozen cases in CA, FL, GA, IA, MO, MS, NM, OH, TX, WV both for plaintiff and defense counsel.
